Dr. Hamlet Karapetian is a highly skilled and licensed dentist in California. Graduating from Boston University’s School of Dental Medicine in 2004, he has been providing exceptional dental care to patients in Santa Maria, California, since establishing his private practice. Dr. Karapetian’s commitment to excellence led him to complete an additional year of residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, New York.

As a member of the American Dental Association and the Central Coast Dental Society, Dr. Karapetian stays abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure the highest level of care for his patients.

Since 2005, Dr. Karapetian has proudly called Santa Maria his home. He actively participates in the community and sponsors various local charities, demonstrating his dedication to giving back.

When he’s not transforming smiles, Dr. Karapetian indulges in his favorite hobbies. He enjoys fishing, cooking, and exploring new destinations while traveling. Above all, he cherishes precious moments with his wife and daughters, relishing in quality family time.

Dr. Rogelio Barrera, a licensed California dentist since 1995, brings his exceptional skills and expertise to Friendly Smiles Dental. Originally from Michoacan, Mexico, he completed his dental education at the University of Michoacan. In 2010, Dr. Barrera made the move from the Sacramento area to join the esteemed dental practice.

With a specialization in restorative dentistry, Dr. Barrera is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. He received advanced training in cosmetic and occlusion dentistry from “Esthetic Professionals” under the guidance of Dr. Crispin in Tarzana, California.

Dr. Barrera’s commitment to dentistry is matched by his dedication to his family. He has been happily married to his wife Lillian since 1998, and together they have three wonderful children: Lillian, Julian, and Andrea. In addition, Dr. Barrera takes great joy in being a grandfather to two adorable grandchildren: Joshua and Marcelin.

Outside of his professional and family life, Dr. Barrera enjoys pursuing his favorite hobbies. He finds delight in cycling, running, and shooting, embracing an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Dr. Silva brings his extensive dental expertise to the Central Coast California communities. Originally from Lima, Peru, he graduated from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in 1992 and obtained his dental license in California. Since 2008, Dr. Silva has been providing top-notch dental care to patients in the Central Coast area.

As a licensed California dentist, Dr. Silva is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental services to his patients. His years of experience and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry ensure that each patient receives personalized and high-quality treatment.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Silva finds joy in his happy marriage and takes pride in being a loving father to his two girls. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and engaging in small home renovation and restoration projects.

Dr. Azadeh Ghavamnasiri is a highly skilled and experienced dentist, originally from Iran. She completed her dental education at Azad Dental School in Tehran and practiced dentistry for 5 years. In 2017, she relocated to the United States to further expand her knowledge and expertise.

During her first year in the U.S., Dr. Azadeh dedicated her time to learning and administering IV sedation, an important aspect of modern dentistry. This additional training allows her to provide comfortable and anxiety-free dental experiences for her patients.

In June 2021, Dr. Azadeh proudly graduated from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Shortly after graduation, she joined the Friendly Smiles Dental family, where she continues to offer top-quality dental services to the community of King City.

Dr. Azadeh is passionate about delivering personalized and compassionate dental care to her patients. Her commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry ensures that her patients receive the most effective and innovative treatments available.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Azadeh enjoys salsa dancing, cycling, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Her vibrant personality and dedication to a healthy and active lifestyle make her a trusted dentist who genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients.

Dr. Maryam is a highly skilled and dedicated oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a diverse background. Born and raised in Iran, she obtained her first DDS degree from Tehran Azad University. Although initially offered a prestigious residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery, she made the decision to pursue opportunities in the United States.

In late 2017, Dr. Maryam relocated to the U.S and embarked on a post-graduate preceptorship in the oral and maxillofacial surgery program at UCLA. This invaluable experience allowed her to expand her knowledge and expertise in the field. In June 2022, she successfully graduated with a second DDS degree from UCLA, further enhancing her qualifications.

Since August 2022, Dr. Maryam has been an integral part of the Friendly Smiles Dental Group, providing exceptional dental care to her patients. Her commitment to delivering outstanding results, combined with her compassionate approach, ensures that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Maryam enjoys staying active by playing tennis, exploring her culinary skills through cooking, and cherishing quality time with her friends.
